Tracie was inspired to become a yoga teacher by the many ways her own yoga practice positively impacted her life. She completed a 200-hour teacher training program in 2015 and an additional 300-hour program in 2021. She has studied various styles of yoga, including vinyasa with Jason Crandell and yin with Bernie Clark. She brings pieces of her own practice to her students – honor your body and have fun, and you’ll find the ways yoga works for you. She encourages her students not to worry about how a pose “should” be, but rather how it feels and if it’s functioning the way it’s intended. She’s lighthearted in teaching, approaching each class as an opportunity to share something she loves.
