Stephanie’s yoga journey began with Bikram Yoga in 2012 and with a demanding career in law enforcement and two young daughters, yoga taught her to truly slow down and became her best friend! Stephanie began to see how yoga slowly transforms your body and mind.

Fast forward to the year 2021 when Vinyasa became her regular practice and here is where she truly began to see significant physical growth. Stephanie loves how yoga does not demand perfection; it meets you where you are.

Stephanie chose to complete the 200 hour RYT program in 2023 so that she could teach to others, share her love of the practice, and for people to experience the mind-body connection through positive mental and physical challenges.


Stephanie embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion and believes that yoga has a place for everyone. Stephanie teaches a high energy, non-judgmental class filled with great music and she encourages others not to take the practice too seriously but to enjoy it and to understand that yoga is a journey not a destination.
