As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Lara is passionate about functionality based approaches to movement and yoga practices to help promote injury prevention and continued activity with aging. Lara completed her 200-hour yoga alliance certification in Hatha yoga in 2018 while finishing her undergraduate degree in Fitness Management. Lara has completed continued education in pelvic floor rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques. In Lara’s classes, you can expect a lot of flow movement, functionality, and great playlists!
