Kristin’s yoga journey began back in high school, when her mom suggested yoga to help her find mind-body connection. Finding balance and clarity, she fell in love. After years of practice and some deep soul-searching, she realized she wanted to be a yoga teacher. Kristin trained at CorePower- South Loop, in power yoga and assists/ adjusts; she also has training in kids’ yoga and yoga to transform trauma. Kristin teaches vinyasa yoga, and inspires her students to find their strength and recognize their gifts. Kristin is a mom to three amazing children and loves hanging out with her family, catching up with friends, and taking as many vacations and yoga classes as possible.
