Jessica has always lead an active lifestyle having competed in many 5k and 10k races, the Disney Half Marathon, a Sprint Triathlon, the Tough Mudder and enjoys crossfit training from time to time. Always looking for new physical challenges she decided to give yoga a try. Immediately after attending her first Vinyasa class in December 2013 she was instantly hooked. Jessica couldn't believe what she had been missing.  After practicing for a year she decided to pursue certification so she could share the benefits of yoga with others. In April of 2015 Jessica completed her 200-HR Power Yoga Certification through CorePower Yoga in Chicago, IL, continued her education with Yoga Sculpt through CorePower Yoga in April 2016, and plans to continue her training in other areas of yoga. The program changed her outlook on life and reinforced her desire to live a life of more peace, love, and forgiveness. The change in her mind and body throughout the program resulted in feelings of contentment with the present she had long been missing. Jessica strives to guide her students through their own practice on their mat and believes yoga is for everyone. It is Jessica’s goal to motivate and encourage her students on and off the mat.
