- The studio will open for classes on Monday, June 1st.
- Class sizes will be limited to 20 students in a class. The studio floor will be marked with tape to indicate where mats should be placed. This is to ensure everyone is 6 feet apart in classes.
- Please only bring what you need for class. If you are able to, please leave big purses, phones, etc. in the car or at home. We will not allow any personal belongings (except for your mat, towel, and water bottle) in the studio space (which has always been a rule, but not always followed).
- We are requiring students and teachers wear a mask in the reception area before and after each class. Masks are not required when practicing, but you are welcome to if you would like.
- The studio will open 15 minutes before each class (rather than 30) to provide time for cleaning before/after classes and encourage more social distancing between classes. When you come in for class, please wait on your mat in the studio, rather than in the reception area.
- Students MUST pre-register online. If you do not show up for class, you will be deducted from your class pack. Auto-renewal members will be charged a $15 drop in fee for a no-show. We are also encouraging students to pre-pay for classes online through MindBody. Here is the link: MindBody online
Please note auto-renewal memberships can be purchased under contracts. All auto-renewal memberships were cancelled when we shutdown so you will need to purchase another membership. The auto-renewal membership will start on the date of purchase.
- For the time being, we will not be offering props, rental mats, or towels for students to use. Feel free to bring your own props to class. For restorative classes, you can bring a pillow or bolster from home into the studio. We will allow the use of studio weights, which will need to be cleaned by the students after sculpt classes.
- The studio will be getting a deep cleaning before we open. Also, teachers will be cleaning the studio floor and common areas after each class.
- We have always had a UV bulb in our studio furnace to help eliminate mold, bacteria, etc. but we are upgrading to a new one. We will also be running an air purifier in the studio. Hand sanitizer and various cleaning sprays will be placed throughout the studio.
- This goes without saying, but it you do not feel well or you have been around someone who has felt ill, please do not come into the studio. You can always do the videos online if you do not feel well but you still want your yoga.
