Kym has been practicing yoga since 1996, and has come to recognize the daily practice as a powerful tool to transform, heal, and shape her life. On the mat and in the classes she leads, Kym focuses on safe alignment within a strong flow to shift energy and to tap into creativity. The importance of breath, listening to and honoring the body as a way to still the mind are the pathways to deeper connection. Ultimately, the goals are happiness, peace, and a lighter feeling in life. This is Kym’s continuing journey, which she loves to share in the yoga room.
Kym’s first certification is through Yogaview, and she also trained with Rainbow Kids Yoga. Kym has practiced a variety of yoga forms including Astanga, Iyengar, Forrest, Vinyasa flow, and Mediation. When not on her mat, Kym may be traveling, walking her dog or spending time with her family.
