Kaitlin was first introduced to yoga when she was training in Chicago for her professional dance career over 13 years ago. She loved how yoga calmed her mind and strengthened her body all at once. Years later, her and her husband moved to Denver so she could pursue her dance dream while dancing professionally. While dancing and teaching dance was a lot of demand on her physical body, she was in the search for something to distract her in a healthy way that wasn’t dance. She found her love for yoga once again and decided she wanted to go deeper. Kaitlin received her 200 hour yoga training and did the extensions program with Corepower Yoga Studios. She then taught her own classes in the dance studios where she worked. From Denver to Cleveland, and now Indiana, Kaitlin has been able to take yoga with her everywhere. She is happy to be able to share this passion and help people become more healthy and happy with their lives.
